Dear Manière De Voir, your products with the unique design are of high quality. However, there is always a delivery problem when the parcels go abroad (to Germany). I was very upset when my parcels arrived very late. I sent an email to customer service and they updated the new delivery date. Thanks to customer service, I received the parcels, but it was already too late. When I checked the status of my parcels for the second time, it turned out that the pracels had been sent back to the warehouse in the UK. When I received this information, I had considered not ordering again because of the delay. But thanks to the customer service team, I changed my mind. The team took care of it quickly and sent me the new packages with the fast delivery. I would like to thank the team for the good communication and great customer service. Especially Katie who organised the replacement for me and Samantha who suggested them. Kudos to the team!

I was sent the wrong item and just like the person i am I stress out very badly due to the fact its in the UK.
Katie and Natasha assist me very well. I needed my dres sbyt the 18th and not sure if itll come by the but the customer service left me speecheless. I am not sure why the bad reviews if any. I shippe dthe wrong item back early next morning and sent a picture of my postal receipt from USPS and Natasha alreayd had the order putt in ready for shipping. That was amazing. All done in 15 hours. Simialr expierence last time my order was out of stock and i was refunded immediatley. Thanks again !!!!

I ordered from this website before reading reviews. After I read reviews, I contacted company and they responded with tracking information and reassured me that it takes 7 business days. I did receive my order within that time. I was amazed with quality of the clothes. Everything looked amazing except the shorts did not fit, but will. They were true to size for me, I did size up on one dress, and it was too big but because of the style of dress, It can be adjusted. Read label regarding stretch, hence the shorts. The items I ordered were amazing.

I apsolutely LOVE MDV! I had some issues (with the delivery company) with my recent purchase, as well with ordering wrog sizes (that was on me) but Melanie and Natasha resolved those issues within hours! I am well in to online shopping but I have to say I haven't had such a positive experience with other vendors as a had with MDV Customer Support! Highly recommend!

Avoid, or pay by Paypal.

Bought 4 items online, and one was completely different to any item I'd ordered. There's no phone number, so I emailed explaining the problem and saying I could return their erroneous item by Yodel or Royal Mail to help them out, but they would have to pre-pay the cost and refund my actual missing item.

There was no quick reply, so I opened a PayPal claim.

That did prompt a reply where someone said I could get a free return label using a link they provided. When I clicked on the link, it tried to charge me £3.50 and said I could only return by Evri. So not only are they illegally breaking Distance Selling Rules charging me for their error, but they ignored my statement on courier choices.

Thankful for PayPal protection right now!

This company has great customer service. I recently needed to make a return and my return was not listed under the return Portal, Danielle helped get the issue Straightened out in a very timely manner so I would not miss the return window. I have been ordering from this company for a while and I am always satisfied. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Great costumer service & great clothing!

Love their clothes, they are so comfortable. I returned some items since they didn't fit me and got reimbursed as they promised (though the return price was a bit $$$). I highly recommend to get their clothing, they make original styles that you can definitely not find anywhere else. I will for sure order from Manière de voir again!!

Extremely disappointed as I ordered a matching set £105 the top wouldn't go over my head as solid stitching no elasticity, and pants were ripped given £10 off, sent top back 18 days later still no refund blamed Evri saying in Transit

They cancel all your orders and say it’s because your order is suspected fraud!!

I have made three orders for my birthday outfit from this website and each order they cancel. It’s absolutely disgusting. They take your money then cancel you order and then give the money back to you. It’s actually laughable.

Their customer service team are also awful and when you want to escalate your case they go quiet on you and stop responding.

I've ordered in december and still got no delivery. They "helped" me and send a new one but it's the same problem. Now it's february and I still got nothing. I've ordered a jacket and I think I don't need it, when it's summer. Very very dissapointed from the shop and the delivery... I never want to order something there

I won’t lie to you. I’ve always supported this company but for the last year. The customer service is bad. No one seems to read emails and you find your self telling them what to do and to trace email for things they (company) have said.

Also the turn around time for basic request is ridiculous and extremely slow. For example refunds for faulty ITEMS they have sent. Is so bad. All I want is my money but you will wait over 4weeks and chase them. No information on why it has not been deposited.
